Customer satisfaction is most important to us here at NIFM Educational Institutions Ltd. popularly known as “ NIFM “ having online financial market courses on the E-learning platform www.onlinenifm.com .

A Refund policy is applicable:

NO fee refunds are permitted after the purchased course is activated to Explore.

A 50% of fee refund will only be given if a refund request is received through email at info@onlinenifm.com before activation of the purchased course for explore, this is possible if the course is purchased through prepaid voucher/coupon and through offline payment.

Any refunds authorized will be issued within the current term period and at the company’s discretion.
